This is a joke of a security company, after many complaints nothing has improved, last night they stole from our property, we arrived before the security company, after we even pressed the panic button no response, we then called one of the supervisors, and we were told that they have dispatched units and that they are on site, little did they know we have been on site for more than 20min and not even one vehicle arrived, eventually when the vehicle arrived they stopped on the opposite side of the street. Probably scared to even get out from their vehicle to check our premises. What a joke, and this is what we pay for...

Pathetic service. They came to install a system and it looks like a bunch of grade 1 students did it. Wires werent straight, on the door mags the resistors were on the outside. They tried patching a wall that they broke without smoothing it at the end. Horrible service. I then had to go to Gert one of the managers to complain. They tried fixing their mess bit still the resistors werent removed . They ruined the look of the house. So i had them remove it. Best decision yet
