The worst haircut ever and I'm not sure if they did it on purpose because I complained about the fact they I was only one wearing a mask. People took their masks off or they slipped down and didn't cover their noses. Hairdressing is prolonged close contact, so I felt very unsafe. And furious cause I have a haircut that looks like I did it myself without a mirror. Very bad experience

The receptionist was lovely but the hairstylist I got was AWFUL! She completely didn't listen to what I wanted at all! I wanted an edgy young style I'm only 25, heavily layered asymmetrical. I got a middle part with no framing of my face just long curtains on either side, generally evenly shoulder length hair all the around front to back with a bit of layering towards the back and a blowout. I looked like a middle aged school teacher. To top it off she spends the time I try to make conversation insulting my hair. Granted it got too long for me to manage and I ended up just scruffing it up everywhere for a while, but standing there judging and insulting me is not a way to get repeat business. Then and the end she clearly disappointed by my unenthusiastic expression to the final result trying to prompt to fake like it... No I did not like it, didn't want to correct her just played and got out, fixed when I got home.
