We've been members of Sizwe for many years but the recent service has been absolutely shocking. Waiting for a refund from them for months now. They've also suspended our membership for no reason and after querying it we were reinstated with no apology and no explanation whatsoever. Absolutely disappointed at the level of service received.

Same as Charmaine Alexander. I have sent emails after emails with a doctor consultation and a dentist bills even asking for acknowkedgement of receipts. Nothing. The address has been checked. I am a pensioner and have a mobile pay as you go. I tried to phone. Here no success.

Poor Service / Repeat automated response of 3 to 5 days but never happens. Its sad, for a medical company you would expect a fast response to your queries but never happens.

Worst service ever.Since 11 April 2022 still waiting for their promise to investigate a matter where we requested a refund in a deceased estate.After eventually visiting their office on 4.11.22 , I was told that medical contributions are paid backwards.This is NOT so and I'm taking the matter up with the relevant Ombudsman.

Worst Medical Aid ever, I gave birth in May it’s now October they’ve not paid up for my hospital bills. I receive calls every day from Dr’s demanding their payment. Very humiliating.!!!
