BEWARE! Installed a faulty pump, took all my old pump and refusing to refund me.Going legal now.Andre, who I dealt with, just doesn’t care.

Beware of HIPPO POOLS. They are very good at selling you the pool but their post-service is non existent. They installed my pool in May with new LED lights and I only got to use it in October when I discovered the LED lights did not work. I emailed the company and phoned the sales guy Maurice to report it but received no acknowledgement or attempt to assist. I finally got through to the office on 29 November and received rude, abrupt and dismissive feedback from Andre that there is no guarantee or warranty on their electrical components, which is illegal and against CPA. I then called back to reason but was threatened with physical violence. I am appalled with their service and it is unacceptable that as South Africans we have to accept such poor customer service.
