Great place to find Italian deli and delicious food!

Simply amazing!! The prices are very reasonable as well. I will for sure be going back for my lunch. Please don't let the surrounding area full you into thinking its not the best spot around.

I have never taken to a social platform before to post my unhappiness however, What was once a friendly and inviting atmosphere has turned cold and bitter. The last time I was there, there were 3 older women (seemingly management) screaming in the kitchen to the poor staff for an air conditioner remote. My coffee and panini with my friend turned very sour as we discussed how management can be so loud and unprofessional and I felt embarrassment for suggesting the place. I went again on my own over the weekend, in the hopes it was a bad day, and to my horror there was a sign up at the door of the managers downstairs aggressively advertising no one is to enter his office. I felt ashamed and victimised as the last time I was there I had stepped into his office to ask his advice. I wanted to know something about the new products in the fridge right at his door but the owner obviously doesn’t want management to allow a sense of customers feeling comfortable in the store any longer. It’s sad and I won’t be back as I left feeling personally attacked for having entered the office on my last visit. I have never felt authority in a store is more important than customer service, and I like supporting small business because I feel good. In this case however, I’ll rather just shop at my local Woolies and invite friends for coffee there too. This small business unfortunately needs to realise who they are competing against.

Awesome deli and Italian food shop. Head on upstairs and enjoy a range of Italian sandwiches with copa or salami or your choice cured meat and cheese. They have fantastic Panini breads. Flavor town indeed.

The best kept secret in Joburg. Especially Thursdays when lasagne is on the menu. Service can be a bit baffling and sometimes a tad surly but the food and prices make up for it!

Such a lovely place to go for authentic Italian food/ingredients, until recently I realised they sell expired stuff. Recently I bought pasta, biscuits and sweets and to my horror I found out only at home that they were all expired.When I went to the shop to return them, I was frowned up by the store manager who told me of course they are expired
