My insurance appointed this plumber that hasn’t fix the problem since Monday (today is Thursday)! With bad comms, no ladder and endless excuses of when he is coming, when I appointed my own plumber today, he simply showed me how to put my heat pump on- there was nothing wrong with it, t however this plumber advised that the entire heat pump needed to be replaced!!! And then my plumber fixed *one* of the three things on my geyser that this appointed plumber wanted to fix - so by appointing my own plumber I got better service and saved money!! Rather use your own advice than get scammed!I hope this “Gerald” gets taken off any insurance appointed plumbers list.
