Renewed my car registration and the queue was well managed sanitization done at the door and social distance maintained. Was not crowded

The service here sucks, firstly they told me that they don't have papers for licence renewals then luckily one of the people in the queue had to leave, then they tell me I have to print my own form at the internet cafe. What kind of service is this?

The employees are rude. They have no sense of respect for other people. Zero customer service. I was upset by the way they treated an elderly lady, rebuking her like she were a toddler, all because she wanted clarity on some issue she didn’t understand.

My postal box key stopped opening my postal box in 2020. I suspect the lock was changed. Since is was during lockdown it took hours to be helped. No form or document was completed. The key was taken and the postal box number was written down. I have been back to the on various occations. Only my postal box number is taken and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE !! I have now paid 2 year's of postal box rental (going into the third year) with NO acces to my mail and postal box. This is PATHETIC ! ! No wonder they are bankrupt ...

I've found the ladies there quite helpful, I often call before I go there and they answer 100% of the time. The reason why I'm giving it two stars is because of things the staff cannot change, the place is highly under resourced and lacks modern equipment. I'd go there and find they don't have stationary or they are offline etc. This is an issue that the government or the right offices needs to address. However that place has been like that for 4-5 years.

I went there two consecutive days to renew my license disc and was told that they are offline". On both days I was "assisted" by a very rude lady with short blonde hair. The staff do not even have name badges. Such poor customer service!!! Just close that branch. People are always complaining about it. It is totally useless with their rude staff. It doesn't even deserve 1 star."
