I went on the 7/7/2017 Friday to get a quote for our company vehicle. I was told by the assessor that the quote will be emailed to me late Monday afternoon but i never received it. I phoned on Tuesday morning again and was told rudley by the assessor (I think his name is Elliot) that i will get the quotation by the end of the day..Again i didn't get the quote. Wednesday i phoned again and asked to speak to the assesor but he wasn't available and i was told that he will phone me back,i even left my name and telephone number, but he never did. Today is the 14/7/2017 exactly a week later and still i didn't get any quotation. Horrific service from the assesor. I will absolutely NOT recommend them! If they can't even send a quotation to a customer within a week how long is it going to take them to fix the vehicle?

Workmanship on the minor and yes i mean minor rear end damage was good, but please explain how fixing of minor rear end damage made my radio not work? No rear view camera just a plain and simple i10.... and fixing of my windshield honestly you could have replaced the clip that holds the microphone when you broke that as well.

we where fered to them by insurance, when we got the ,the service was amazing and the staff is excellent
