The service was super, but the product is not good.I Bought a Volcano laptop bag in March 2022 and by May 2022 the threading was coming undone and the zip also came undone. I cant even close the bag properly now.

Unfriendly and unhelpful salesman based on my visit yesterday.

If you wanting the WORST service, from a Computer store, please visit Computer Mania in Kenilworth Centre (Good Luck) I took my Asus Charger in for repairs. Management as well as 'Ruan' said we only require the charger to be booked in, that was the 16/12/2022 phoned them today 20/01/2023 to inquire about my charger, then get, that my laptop as well as my charger has to be booked in, it's being a month guys, couldn't you phone me within this time to let me know, absolutely incompetent staff. Will NEVER purchase anything from any Computer Mania outlet again.

Staff is helpful and very polite I liked the fact that customers get acknowledged when entering the store

KC branch sheared my keyboard's L.E.D. ribbon and weakly reconnected the copper ends (so that i wouldn't notice when i collected the laptop)When taking it in for an M.2 assessment, at Blue Route, the ribbon's last connecting bit got torn off because they had done such a bad job of it at kc (plus KC branch voided my warranty).Blue route branch desperately tried to help ,for hours, to fix the issue (at no charge). Going above and beyond their job description, they are quite a cool bunch but I'm still left with an L.E.D. keyboard that isn't working because of the K.C. branch not taking responsibility and replacing the ribbon, still making me pay as if they hadn't made any mistakes.I'm currently being quoted for a replacement keyboard because that single component cannot be individually replaced.Computer mania should have accepted responsibility for the mistake and replaced the part without charging me for it.P.S. i work in the dark very frequently and am severely inconvenienced by this mistake of theirs.Edit: (reason for 1 star, not 2)I'm a student and can't afford the replacement part. They've essentially screwed me over hard while making me pay for it.

Purchased online and had it delivered to Kenilworth Centre Cape Town. Email received that i can collect. I called Jeffies at Kenilworth, he said not eveything is there, i called back 5 hours later, he says only the mouse is now there, no headset. I informed him that its packaged in One Box. He says its not in 1 box as he sold that product before, clearly lying cause i saw the box at Canal walk and confirmed with canal walk and their head office that it is in ONE box. Kenilworth Centre Branch = Bad Service.

Went there twice past weekend to pick up external HD casings. Super - handy. Could have probably got it cheaper online but they had some in stock.
