I'm not happy with the service I recieced ,I bought shoes and wore it for the 1st time and they are sliperry ,want a refund and they tell me I can't because I wore the shoes but I'm within my 14 day return never buting there again

I’m still waiting on my money…I’ve sent millions of emails,no one is getting back to me,I’m the only one doing a follow up, I made an order with you on the 3rd of March 2022 and the date is now 1st April 2022, my order never arrived and my money was never paid back to me.

I wish I could give zero stars. The online store is a mess. I waited an hour in store to get hold of someone because I needed to return something and they didn’t send me my invoice. I will never ever purchase anything from YDE ever again.

Good dayI hope this email finds you well. I bought a dress for my niece in one of your stores at century city while I was on leave and I didn't notice the dress wasn't in good condition, i only noticed something was wrong when handling a dress to my niece as a surprise gift after she fit it she told me the dress wasn't in good condition.So I went to the nearest store at Tygervalley for the refund because I wasn't expecting myself spending R799 for a dress in that condition but all I got from your employees was insults and I left the dress and everything to them because I couldn't handle the fact that i was your customer only when I was purchasing but when I have inquiry for the product purchased I become fussy. why do you sell damaged items for R799 to people!Please i need my money back and to be honest I wasn't expecting this kind of customer service especially from your store.I have sent you two emails and I hope you get back to me as soon as possible,
