Terrible customer service, made a booking, called to confirm booking, arrived & confirmed booking, waited an hour , only to be told they didn't make the booking & they might be able to squeeze me in, in 2 hours time, waste of my time & money.

Probably the poorest service I received at an any establishment yet! Walked in and sat down with the expectation I would wait a while as I don't have an appointment. Note the sign says clients with appointment will be helped with priority which is completely understandable. After sitting there for more than an hour I was told: Sir no can help you today we are fully booked"

Great service, skilled barbers and stylist's - service with a smile!I must add that they offer hot cold and beverages. They also have an amazing loyalty program and prepaid contract service. 10/10
