Dis-Chem Pharmacy Linksfield Neighbourhood

You need an hour to get over the counter medication. There are 4 counters but only one member of staff. Bedford Square and Park Meadows much more effecient and a better choice if you don't have lots of spare time to stand around and wait.

Very bad customer service. After you call and get transferred (which also I am not sure is necessary if the right department was already selected) no one ever picks up your call. Unresponsive no matter what way of connecting you try.

What a bad experience.....Angelo and Ntaveleng are very rude and unprofessional. The manager does not care that you wait so long If you old or even in pain. Two elderly people left behind me because they didn't get help.Was told to never come back to the store because I spoke up about my frustration. This manager and two staff members need to be questioned. I have been long and faithful customer to dischem this is absolutely sad.Never going back.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff (at self dispensing counter, on the shop floor and particularly at the tills). Unnecessary queueing required at the tills - only 3 of the approximately 10 till points are manned" by unfriendly operators; shop floor staff nattering in the aisles; staff at dispensing counter unfriendly

A loyal dischem customer for many years until now.....The manager and majority of the staff are rude and unprofessional. An elderly person asked for help because they had been waiting in the que for long was told to wait, they had to leave eventually.Myself was waiting in the que for long and also asked why its taking so long and expressed my frustration. I was told to leave the store....Never in my life had i said a business put employees first over customers, specially if they are sick.I am DISGUSTED with management at this store, along with Angelo and Ntaveleng.It take on average 20min to serve one customer at this dispensary.... save yourself go elsewhere...

Worst pharmacy I have ever been so far. Medicine is never ready for dispatch. Queues are horrendous even for collection, bad attitude, when you call they always experiencing high call volume you land up waiting until all your airtime is finished and they don’t return a call and no one cares.

Had an issue with returning of my wife's facial creams but didn't have a receipt and every month I shop there so was surprised I couldn't be helped and now they have a lost a customer

As a person who suffers from mental illness, I find the lack of compassion and empathy from your dispensary staff, very triggering.The staff are dismissive and their capturing of data and keeping proper records leaves much to be desired.Chontel Crouse

Literally no staff at counters. Its a joke. I don’t even know why they bother. Managers joke about the poor service. “Welcome to Linksfield”

The dispensary service is really SO bad here. It can be empty and you’ll still wait ages somehow. There’s never anyone by the collection point regardless of if you ring the bell or not. Seems I’ll be returning to the Norwood branch where management are awesome and service is fab.
