Did my hair about 2 years ago, service was horrible. The hair dressers took interest on clients who wanted to do braids, I wanted a Pondo and was rudely pushed from 1 hairdresser to the next. I was considering going again this Thursday but after seeing the reviews it’s clear not much has changed so I simply wont go.

New faces everytime one gets to the salon, a busy place with just one person who does lashes they advertise promo just to come here and be told the person doing it is off... Today eventually managed to get the person but spent the entire day just to get my lashes done.... Who ever runs this business needs to revisit Business classes!!!

Horrible service from Abdul and Koketso has a bad attitude towards clients.They don't have any of the hairpiece they advertising on Instagram.Never going back there again.

Midrand branch is very bad, they gossip and think you can’t hear them, they lied and told me they could do the style I wanted t after washing my hair they started gossiping about how it won’t work with my type of hair after I asked them to tell the truth

My first time going there and having done straight-back my entire life, it was my first time experiencing a hair stylist boiling the hairpiece straight from the kettle. Usually stylists pour the boiling water into a bucket and dip the hairpiece into the bucket but not here. Sure enough, she poured the boiling water on my back. Thanks for the scar.

Midrand branch needs attention. Staff is unprofessional, gossip about clients while busy doing your hair, its soo uncomfortable, barbaric words and insults are a norm there.They need to be trained on how to blow dry hair especially afro.I never went there and came out with exactly what I requested when you complained you told that the style will come out right if you go to Sandton branch.To wash hair is a mission especially when raining, you need to go to the other side for a wash and use slippery steps which is dangerous I almost injured myself last time I was there.It's no longer clean like it's used to.

They have false advertising on their social media only for you to get there and they tell you that they can't do your style. The ladies who braid are very rude and gossip about you in front of you.
