Good customer service

Service of cashiers is terrible, chatting to each while serving customers. They don't pack your goods in the plastic for you unless you request. When I requested a cashier to please pack for me, man I wished I haven't cause she was just doing it without any care.For instance at Spar or Boxer if you have bought a cosmetic they pack it in a small separate plastic before putting it in with other goods.On the exit there are guys waiting and ask you where you going with trolley, they lie to you and say you have to leave with them and tip them with anything you like to tip them with but the truth is that's false... their job is to collect trolleys around the mall.Shoprite not my favourite retail other guys below gave a good rating cause they are rating the whole mall but Shoprite at circus your service is terrible
