DHL USES INCORRECT TARRIFF CODES. BE CAREFUL!!!!! MY BROTHER AND I BOTH IMPORTED SOME MULTIVITAMIN TABLETS FROM THE USA. BOTH TIMES DHL CHARGED US 20% CUSTOM DUTIES. I CHECKED WITH SARS AND SOME CLEARING AGENTS TO WHICH ALL SAY ZERO RATING ON THESE TABLETS. WHICH MEANS NO CUSTOM DUTIES!!!! ONLY PAY VAT AND THEIR HANDLING CHARGES. SO BASICALLY I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE. BECAUSE I IMPORT MYSELF, I UNDERSTAND THESE THINGS . TO THE UNSUSPECTING BUYER BEWARE!!!! DHL IMPORT OFFICE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING.IM NEEVR USING DHL EVER AGAIN

I took in two pricey bags for repairs. The service was good. The bags were repaired timeously. I was happy. The workmanship wasn't 100% though I accepted that because it was cheap to repair.
