Excellent service received from William, I urgently needed 4 taps which are very difficult to find. Ordered them on Wednesday afternoon, collected Friday lunchtime as promised. William went the extra mile with a smile. Thanks for a great customer service!!

Dawn was absolutely amazing with her customer service. From December through to May when we finally made our purchase Dawn was patient, heard our concerns and offered solutions. Dawn is an asset to the company. Highly recommended !

I recently and previously bought from bathroom bizarre for my bathrooms and everytime I shopped there I have always had a good experience especially this time around from the staff member Henk he helped us with every need we had and even gave us options of cheaper but good quality products. Will definitely recommend them and definitely go and ask for Henk next time you shop there

I visited Bathroom Bizarre branch in Ferndale recently and was helped by Henk. I am impressed with his professional advice and information about the items I needed. He followed up in the two months process of building until I purchased what I needed. Great service! I highly recommend and will go back to him again for my next bathroom upgrade.

Wide selection for bathroom attire. Great customer service from Kenneth. I wanted this vintage antique-like mirror with matching coat hangers, and Kenneth organised to sell me the one on the floor because they were the only one's in stock.

Unbelievable service!!A manufacturing default exposed itself 2yrs after purchase in my vanity unit resulting in the glass basin shattering.Within 24hrs, Bathroom Bizarre (Dawn) assisted my query, contacted the manufacturer, arranged the replacement insert and the fitment! (Can't tell me that's not impressive?!)If you looking for quality products, with accountability mindset manufactures and amazing customer service, these are your guys!I will never go to anyone else!
