Workers aren't rude but also not kind, and the customer care line only rings, no one picks up. I called multiple times within the span of 3 hours and got no response whatsoever. Other than that the products are good quality and if staff were nicer and cared more about customer service I might visit more often

They have a sale on their goods, but when you get to the till they cannot sell it because it has been recalled. So it becomes the customers problem. Poor customer service

This is the worst Lovisa I’ve ever been to in my life. I was met with the most rude and disrespectful sales consultant on 29/01/ 2023 . When I had addressed her behavior and conduct she started shouting at us and said she will not apologize. I will never visit the Lovisa in Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg again.

Worst service ever! We were rudely treated, I don't know if it was because we looked young or what but the lady who was wearing a red poncho (on 29 May 2021) treated us very badly she even kicked us out of the store.

I was there this morning,da lady at the counter with an orange blazer was plain rude,I greeted,she ddnt respond,she was busy fiddling with some papers,she kept looking at me like I am some annoying insect.i wanted to check out some more stuff,but I left instead.
