Pilates has become such an important part of my life thanks to Cecile and LeCiel Studio. I love the individualised, personal experience. Even on my worst days, I always feel worlds better after a Pilates session. I have seen improvement in my breathing, posture and core strength already, which is helping me so much in other more cardio-intensive exercises. Highly, highly recommended!

I’ve been with Le Ciel Studio for 4 months now and have seen a significant change in my posture as well as how I relate to my body. Every session is insightful and one never feels as though one is stagnant in development. I love how intimate the sessions are and you can really focus on the small things that truly matter. I started with Pilates classes at CielaPilates in 2016. I googled Pilates Studios in Stellenbosch and the rest was Serendipity at its best. Precision and technique are the core foundation of the classes. Cecile Sasman and her assistant co-instructor Jieun Geum bring passion and enthusiasm to the class. The positive energy is contagious. My body is stronger and it is amazing how improved posture and stronger muscles aids overall wellbeing. My advice: join today!

Muscles and joints become stiff when you are over 80. Ceilapilates helps tremendously in keeping both body systems subtle and functional. Roll on 90's. Highly recommended.

The classes are small which is great as the instructor can make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
