At first I was skeptical about using MMLabour lawyers. I however took the risk as this was my first CCMA case and I had no idea of the procedure. They assisted me and handled my case very well. They did everything on my behalf and fought till the company agreed to settle. I highly recommend MM labour lawyers if you have been unfairly dismissed.

I tried to contact them and no one bothers to get back to a person. I tried one of their whatsapp numbers, message is read but thats where it ends. Clearly not interested, probably better not to go with them if this is how it starts.

I feel robbed and totally wasted my money and time, they choose when and what time they want to attend to your case. My case has been hanging because no one is available to collect a writ and submit it to the sheriff. You must tell us from the word go if you feel like our cases are small for you to attend to than waste a person's time and money. They don't communicate,you have to chase after them . WOULDN'T recommend to anyone, if you have a ccma case rather go represent yourself they don't play any important role or make any difference.

Very nice people but my advocate was a little late for my case and she didn't know anything about me. We did get along very well but I think my case could've won if she knew all the details better instead of me telling her the morning of my case.

Firstly they charged me 25% gross of my payout. They did not deserve it. They were not worth that much. They assisted with getting the case to CCMA, of which I could do myself. What I wanted was them to get the company to settle out of CCMA and they failed. At CCMA I handled the negotiations myself, they provided no help or guidance, they were not even part of the negotiations as they were not allowed to enter the room with me because according to the commissioner they aren't lawyers or could not represent me.I most definitely regret signing that agreement with them. Don't make the same mistake I did, go to CCMA yourself you don't need them if you have a solid case, just know how to negotiate.

Very very very disappointed with their services, on my first day their representative was late, and at arbitration their representative lawyer advocate Thandie Maluleke acted out of our mandate cost me my case by telling ex employer to add in discrimination against pregnancy when I was fighting incapacity then when they realized they stuffed up my case and won’t win dropped me last minute I had a really good case and MMN ruined my opportunity to win after 5 months of suffering they took the last positive I had and broke it don’t bothering using this service unless you want to loose and cost yourself petrol money getting to ccma 5 times to walk away empty handed. it’s false advertising.
