What wonderful service, inquiry about my discontinued jvc , I got all the information I needed . Super friendly and informative. Price estimate also given via telephone. Still the best most honest inbthe Helderberg! Thank you kindly.

We asked “Leo” to come over and have a look at our tv which failed to turn on... He proceeded by insisting to take our tv and charged us R290 “deposit”. A few days later, he sent us a “quote” via a text for R2480 and asked us if we wanted to proceed. It needs to be said that no part was listed, no specific mention of what was wrong, nothing! Just the price in the text! Upon ringing him to advise we didn’t want to proceed as we felt the quotation was inflated he then proceeded to tell us he’d already replaced it without our consent and demanded payment! He went on to explain that he “had to replace it” to check if it worked... please, do not use this guy. He’s clearly a rip off artist!

Whomever is answering the phones....Do a basic course on manners and/or etiquette. Reply to answer: confirm time of booking or phone ahead and you might have happier clients.

Dissappointing service. Called out to assist with dstv. Left without checking if error was rectified. Called back a 2nd time. Left again without a goodbye (very unprofessional) & before checking the problem was rectified. Extremely frustrating as now we sit again with nothing working AGAIN after a bill of R930. Phone calls to Leo's, told no one is in! What a frustrating experience! To their credit, after a third attempt to fix the dstv problem, Leo's TV refunded the full amount & sent a message that they were not interested in doing the job. Grateful for the reimbursment. The next service provider we approached, managed to sort out the problem.

I had big problems with my tv. But Leo And his team came round And in two ticks iT was solved. I had Good friendly service And am so pleased all is fixed And working . Keep up the Good work.

Worst company ever. Stay away from them. They could not set DSTV signal strength and quality to same good level as before wind, but wants you to accept unacceptable work as but it now works". I believe they create themselves repetitive work by doing substandard work so that you have to call them again and have to pay call out fee again! They are conning the people."

Been using them for 20 yrs. Always good servjce, starting at the office to make appointment, to personal service from the owner. Will always recommend them
