The lady behind the counter was grumpy with a don't care bad attitude. Did not typè the correct contents down, threw the open package down on the back counter and expected me to leave without her sealing the package. I paid R185 for overnight of a small item and 2 days later we have not heard from postnet.

Went to postnet on Wednesday just after 12 in the morning, long before the courier comes to pick up the packages of the day. I paid R185 per package for overnight delivery. They told me the packages will arrive at 10:00 to 13:00 the next day(Thursday). On Friday I called because the packages has not arrived yet. They said they will call me back with an update. I never got the call. Now my customers are upset with me. They are still waiting on there packages. And can only now receive it on monday. That is 5 days late. And I paid a premium for overnight.

On 25 Aug 2022, I arrived at 17:23 at the shop to collect my A1 Poster, the door was partially closed, with 2 clients in the shop.As I entered, the lady behind the counter, Rene, shouted..... Aaargggghhhh...Eishhhh....I was offended and upset by her remarks, the shop only closes at 17:30.I was there to collect my Printed A1 only.Very unprofessional behavior she portrait.

Poor service, I wish I could give 0 starts. I wanted to courier some documents, the person who helped me made me pay R185 for a shipment to Johannesburg for a few papers, after I told this person that I do not want the overnight shipment since the company to which they had to deliver is closed on weekends. Very poor and unreliable.

Angie and Vinolia has helped me so so kindly . We had small communication error , wich led me to believe the price was less then expected... they fixed it and worked very kindly with me and also gave me a discount. Very good service and I never have to wait too long, often I must print important documents and I tend to rather print here than drive too the office just because its so convenient.
