After posting my complaint, Carmen Hansen phoned and resolved all of my issues! My faith has been restored. I trust that I won't have any problems again in the future.

I am disappointed by the treatment I received at Foschini Hemmingways East London at the beauty section. I usually by my Clinique products there and the staff is always overly nice when they want me to spend money. Always pushing me to buy expensive products. But when I bought a product that I usually buy (Clinique Even Better Clinical radical dark sport corrector and interrupter), I opened the product only to find it watery and runny. This is not the usual consistency of the product. I went to Foschini the next day and the staff member who facilitated the payment did not even finish hearing me speak before shutting me down. She told me that she cannot do anything as I have already opened the product. I tried to explain to her that that is not the usual consistency and instead she repeated what she said and left me. Another staff member then told me that I’m wrong because that is the consistency of the product. I know that this is not true as I usually buy this product. I am disappointed as these people are very helpful and professional when you are there to buy but show no professionalism and concern for customers when you have a problem.

I am disgusted at your appalling customer service. The cellphone department staff and management of Foschini Hemingways lack Professionalism, Integrity, total disregard to their customers.I took my phone in, August last year and to date I have not received any communication from them regarding my claim, however, they don't forget to collect the monthly insurance fee from me. I am the one who has to constantly call and visit the store and still not get any response. Please rather close your store, send your staff for competence training and set transparent communication channels.

Hi your web site says opens 8.30 on Saturday. Sitting outside and definately not open or any sign of doing so . ? Annoying now as must wait .

I am highly disappointed at the level of disrespect I received at the store by Sisanda. I bought an OPPO cellphone November but on the 3rd of Feb the phone just stopped working,took the phone to the store and only after 3weeks I got the phone back the feedback was that nothing was wrong with the phone but yet the phone would still go blank,I asked for a refund or a brand new cellphone as I have a right to getting one.Sisanda had the biggest attitude of all time,the nerve to get into an argument with a customer. I am highly disappointed til this day I don’t have a phone but I paid for a phone. This is degrading,I didn’t buy a phone to decorate.This must be fixed immediately,I want a refund!!!!
