Future Light

Great company all round I love their LED strips, I recently bought some LED tube to replace the old florescent tubes. The shipping company did say it was delivered when it wasn't but Future Light delivered to me personally. They went above and beyond to get my package out to me as I am out the back of Durbanville.They have a great selection of all things lighting and more.I will definitely continue to support this company.

Stopped by their physical shop to pick up some OSRAM LED Tubes, very professional, friendly and helpful service. Glad I found this hidden gem of a store, kudos to Karl for the online chat help with a few questions I had. Will definitely be using them as my main lighting supplier! :)

Genuinely 5 stars! I was assisted by Karl in my mother tongue and he assisted me to a level that I haven't experienced in a long time. Service is quick and friendly and the sales person knows his products extremely welland how to install and use them!Two days delivery time is amazing seeing that I am 300km from their shop! Well done guys - excellent service - keep it up!!

Truly a shocking online experience. I placed an order and a week later hadn't heard anything, and tried following up via email and phone. Both went ignored.Finally managed to reach them 10 days after the order was placed, and only at that point they informed me they actually do not have stock. Nobody bothered to let me know, and the email confirmation said the order would be dispatched in 72 hours. It is not good practice to list items you do not have stock of as in stock" in your online store!My advice - avoid buying through them. Customer service is non existent and they don't know how to run a basic online store."

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPEFRIENCE EVER.. STAY AWAYOrder placed and paid for on 09 June 2022 - After 1 chat, 2 querying emails and 3 phones call, to date my order has not been received and no responses to any of my queries ! IF I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED - WELL GOOD LUCK WITH THE R1.9K - BUT YOUR APPAULING SERVICE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL SURELY COST YOU MUCH MORE! Placed an order online where it listed ten items in stock and delivery to be shipped within 3 days of order. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I still have nothing. I made multiple attempts to contact for an update as I recieved no communication on any delay. There was no reply to multiple emails or messages online until last week, where I was told delivery would arrive Wednesday. Nothing arrived and there was no update from future light until I contacted and queried again. I have since requested a refund, provided bank details but recieved no response to that or any refund yet either. Basically they just held on to my money for almost 3 weeks with almost zero communication or response to various queries, and now I am still waiting for a refund or a reply.

Order delayed due to no stock (allegedly). Told the container has arrived and order would be sent a day or two ago, still nothing. Emails unanswered. Not the way to do business. Not impressed.

I am so tired of takealots chinese junk ... its great to find a vendor whos rechargeable 9ws actually turn off when you switch the lights off ! also Led SNAP connectors are a win!
