Food was great, my favorite work lunch is their chicken wrap! The prices are very good too. Ordered from uber eats, and received the order very quickly, fresh and hot, definitely recommend it to others.

I call in and placed an order to collect. On placing the order it was not correctly captured instead of calling me back the cashier didn’t place the order & waited for me to arrive although she had my number & name. This was a bad reflection in my eye as placing the order upfront is an indication I did not want to wait as I was pressed for time.

Service is great. The line is fast, compared to other branches that take forever. Food is fresh and tasty. When you ask for hot, you get hot. Amazing sauce.

Poor service, First time I ordered my food ,got ready in an hour ,was no sorry for that .second time I ordered online (pickup)thet take an order when I go there they tald me they don't have it (out of stock) but they took an order .was very confused how you can take order while what I want you don't have it,,,tjòooooooo.

Called my order on at 6.45pm yesterday was told it would be ready in 30min got there at 7.30 and no one knew about my order. Took them 15min to find it. Eventually when they did I was told they will make it fresh for me so i waited another 30min. Eventually got my order only to get home and see that my wraps were both mild instead of hot which I specified over and over to them. I was given a small chips instead of large and the chicken strips were all undercooked... really disappointed at the service. The staff kept blaming each other and the system for their incompetent service. Doubt I'll be visiting them again.

On Friday 10.02.23.around 6pmI went to Emmarentia store and I just wanted my favorite strips and Rice.I waited for 35mins.After 15 mins I asked why my order was taking long and they cashier said the rice is not ready.When the food eventually came it's was Terrible.My order number was 173 and 174.The reason for 2 slips is simply the cashier didn't understand when I said rice and strips plus chips.

After rave reviews, decided to visit the Pedros in Emmarentia today.Great prices, friendly staff and a clean overall look.The wait time was less than 15 minutes, so a plus ➕️The chicken had a bit too much ginger, but it could have been that particular batchWill definitely try to stop by again.

Pedros cannot keep up with the demand. I have ordered few times before here, once they forgot my chips, once they left out a burger, twice they messed up the sauce giving the sprinkle sauce instead of basting, the last time my order was a simple order being prepared for over an hour and a half before being cancelled on uber eats when i had guests, so i had to go to mcdonalds (a more reliable place) as an emergency. I am not planning on using them much in future, which is a shame given their competitive pricing.
