This is definitely my home away from home! The team is always very well presented and friendly. The new eat in restaurant is awesome with very delicious food!Ashley and the team is going out of their way to make everyone feel at home! Well done guys and keep it up!

Rooms are very average, although comfortable. My shower was leaking.Pizza was definitely a 'heat and eat' meal.I ordered a packed breakfast and it was not made for me.I liked the BWT water dispenser in the lobby.You owe us two breakfasts.We have stayed there a few times but this time I left disappointed.

Friendly and attentive staff. We found the shuttle waiting for us despite delays at airport immigration. The requested early check-in was granted with no trouble, they helped us find the most cost effective mode of transportation to Pretoria . Friendly restaurant staff too❤️..The room was clean, bed comfortable.There is need for improvement in the following areas1. Menu is so limited, they could add a few more items.2. A blanket is necessary especially during winter.3. Bed side mat is a necessity4. No bath mat,5. No toilet brush

Excellent stay close to the airport. Rooms had everything we needed. Staff went out their way to assist on more than one occasion, friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here for future stops in JHB. Thank you team.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If so, rest assured in terms of being served with love and generosity, I was treated like a vegan king and I wish to thank the staff for reassuring multiple times that I was tendered to and accommodated according to my vegan lifestyle needs, I recommend TOWN LODGE HOTEL" but what I recommend more is the branch located in germinston because that's where you will be fortunate and highly blessed enough to meet the talented and beautiful chef "Boitumelo" as she is the main reason I wish to brag about the level of service of this beautiful place
