These guys are crooks, they are refusing with my deposit. It’s been 3 months now. Maria told me that the deposit is with the landlord but now she is telling me that it was used for cleaning and damages yet I didn’t do any damage to the apartment. I cleaned the apartment when I left so I don’t understand why is she claiming that my deposit was used for cleaning. Their rantals are not stable. When I moved in last year I was paying R5600 but 3 months later I started receiving invoice with R7800 to R8600. When I asked Maria what was going on she said blame ANC for the high rates. Can you imagine such responses and I haven’t got my deposit yet. She actually blocked me on WhatsApp.

From the owner MARIA down to her appie Tristan, the most useless, dodgy bunch I've ever met. Tristan takes my house keys without letting me know and then is unreachable for other agents to let clients view. They're lucky I don't sue them for loss of income!

They are withholding a deposit of mine. Damage report was signed off over 21 days ago and apartment was left in great condition. I get an excuse every time I ask. I believe this is a frequent occurrence. I will be contacting landlord directly as well as rental tribunal but be weary when dealing with them.

Maria is EXTREMELY rude. Very unprofessional - I have never been so disrespected. She sent me a messaging asking us to wait a while as she will be a little late from another viewing. I agreed, I showed up at my viewing and upon arrival she was rude already. The way she spoke to me was shocking. I had already informed her colleague that I will only need to move in from the 1st of July and I was td that was fine. Maria shouted at me telling me she won't show me the place because she needs people for 1st of June and that it's a waste of time showing me the apartment. This is so unprofessional and rude. The disrespect is insane. I will NOT advise anyone to do business with these people. EVER!!!!

Wow I can see now the service I received seems to be standard judging from your reviews. Completely unprofessional and rude, no need to speak to people like that. Absolutely shocking that there are still companies with people behaving poorly especially when times are so tough. If there was 1/2 a star I would use it.

This company are the biggest bunch of crooks! If you ever see their name on a property then run away, save yourself the misery. They advertise a price for the pottery then include all sorts of costs in the fine print. They have been withholding my deposit for 2 months and Maria is incredibly rude!!Their staff are aware of the crookedness and they facilitate it. There is nothing Real about these so called Only Realty guys. They made us stay at their place at Queens gate after promising that we will get good standards yet we only received nothing but humiliation from.their security,massive rental increments without notice ( our first month rent was r5800 but twoonths later the rent was r8700 ,really who does that).How can a residential rent flactuate like air flight charges,I thought rental expense should be predictable.Now we have decided to move out it have been a month now these guys through Maria their Agent doesn't want to give us our deposit yet the term theirselves Only Realty.Maria please we need our Refund please as promised.

They are the worst! A bunch of crooks, they sneak in all kinds of bills that you must pay, they never told me about any of it then boom after you’ve signed the lease they will throw all kinds of funny charges at you. You will never get your deposit back and you will be threatened with black listing. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a realtor, I felt unfairly treated and just victimised, daylight robbery. Stay away.
