I am very disappointed with the poor service from SAproperty and when one expresses this then insults are thrown at you. I am specifically referring to Denise who was extremely demeaning in her approach to the Body Corporate which are clients of SAproperty. She is a property portfolio manager but her mannerism towards her clients is absolutely belittling.She makes it very clear that we are a BC of 5 so we are not as important as her bigger clients despite our levy fees being the same amount as other complexes who are actually benefiting. She sent a disrespectful email to myself and the other members within our BC and she cc'd her general manager, Marion and her MD, Michael who she said we could contact if we had any issues with what she had to say. I emailed them immediately after to lodge a formal complaint and they have not responded at all.None of the trustees are happy with Denise or anyone we have dealt with within this company. They have 0 client care and treat you as if you should be thankful that they even have the time to respond to a mail (after always needing to send several follow ups)I do not understand how management can allow her to demean and belittle her clients. Please do yourselves a favour and find another agency to manage your complex/property because you will be treated like dirt!!I have asked Marion and Michael to escalate this but even they are ignoring me so I see its not just Denise but everyone within the company who lacks client relations. I speak on behalf of everyone within our Body Corporate when I say we want nothing to do with this agency any longer!

I am using SA Property as a rental agent. I am very disappointed in the service that I'm receiving. Their communication is appalling. They are not transparent at all. I have no idea what is going on with the tenants. They have not been paying, and there are issues every month. I have been asking for information, but with no response. The tenants are still living on my property after a breach of contract. They were supposed to evacuate, yet they are living comfortably without any action to remove them. All while the bills are racking up

Rest assured Nelio is the best in the business. He provided the absolute best service. I highly recommend Nelio if you are looking at buying or selling your property as he plays an essential role throughout the process. He has so much to offer in terms of industry knowledge and knows so much about every single aspect of buying and selling of properties that you are completely at ease. Blatant thieves. Deducted huge portion of rental deposit. S afrika refuses to give deduction reason. S. Afrika ignores emails and messages, she is rude and extremely abrupt, bordering on racism. Micheal director hopeless also ignores all correspondence. We are in process of taking this matter legal. Please do not deal with this company
