First interview was great.But the second one was bad.I applied to work in the call centre but they took me door to doorThey made me walk from randburg to Roodepoort and I had to pay my own urber back homeI think what this company does is wrong.They basically made me work.And door to door isn't safe.I personally feel like they should pay for our urber..do not apply to work there.And the guy I was walking with was very rude to me on whatapp..

Real Promotions is the place to be. I've worked at Real Promotions for two months , and I am so grateful I was hired. With my hard work and student mentality I got promoted to training manger after a week of being in the company and that was one of the biggest achievements I have ever received. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. After every event, Q&A, all-hands, there's an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken.I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Real PromotionsReal Promotions it's truly fantastic. Our Cape Town office is beautiful with amazing staff and great music in atmosphere. . We have office activities once or twice a month and they are OUTSTANDING.Every year the company gives everyone a really nice gift for the holidays. I really could go on for a long time. Definitely, definitely apply.

I have been with Real Promotions for just over a week. It has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life! From an early start, you enter the office with the sound of great attitudes and an incredible atmosphere.You immediately get busy learning and drawing knowledge from those that came before you. Real Promotions.I experienced an AWFUL interview at this company. Real Promotions was never upfront with its cruel commission only and non payments of transport cost.Real Promotions operate in a cowardly manner.....sorry, go there at your own risk.

Working here has always been a blast. From the energising morning sessions in the atmosphere early in the morning till the end of the day. The managers are great motivators and leaders and just the ambiance itself makes being around here almost an addiction. There’s a lot of opportunity for growth and development that cannot be matched by any organisation I’ve ever heard of. This is a great vibrant place for any young person to realize their potential.

Its been 2 months now working for the most sufficient team ever, they have supported me through my progress in this great opportunity and I am forever grateful to getting this chance in life to grow and not just be kept in the same situation and not given a chance to grow.Real promotions has this great program to get you from distrabuter to a manager of your own office, they want you to grow. They want you to be independent and earn what you work for. The effort you put in is what you will get out.So there is no one telling you, No you must just stay in your position! So, place seems quite easy to get too, parking seems ample too.Job opportunities definitely for college, varsity, school leavers etc. Seemingly all Commission based but a interesting stepping stone for Fresh" young vibrant candidates."

It's a good environment but only if you know what you want in life.....You are provided with all the materials to change your life, it's either you use the opportunity or keep complaining. People are very welcoming. You learn about your self everyday, the support that I'm still getting it's priceless caz not only they teach you about work they also feed your soil with positive things.

This company is a scam. They use the desperate unemployed youth. It is a commission based job.
