Doesn't even deserve half a star rating.Really rude people working there, you ask them to help you they say they don't know, you ask a question they say they don't know, extremely rude and pathetic won't waste my time again going to the store

Went to report phone lost on 15th October 2022, assisted by Joyce Shiluva, today its the 1st December 2022, I had to give back again and got it with a minutes, So much for taking contract there. It will be the last also no IMEI number given.I don't think I've ever received such awful service in my life

Service was great and staff were extremely friendly. The whole process was very quick and efficient. A bit of a quiet branch so you do not get the long queues you usually get at some of the other branches.

Such a high level of incompetency. Wasted my petrol and time. Such a disappointment. They don't even have communication skills. Useless!

They told me everything I wanted not to hear. Glad I stood in line for an hour to get a 5 second response. Would gladly go there again.
