The staff were friendly and helpful but the manager is rude and shows no empathy. I went there to sell a product, they couldn't buy it so I asked the manager if he knew where else I might be able to sell it as I'm new to the area, to which he responded: I'm not sending you to our competitors" What a d*#s."

TRULY BEWARE DONT BUY THEIR JUNK. These stores are frauds. They lie about their warranty, it's a complete fraud. They lie about so called repairs done to my controller, as it's still useless. It's still under warranty. DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE STORES AT ALL YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY ON BUYING JUNK.

This store's owner is the most rude and deceitful person you will meet. If you are looking to purchase an item, he will promise you that you may return it for whatsoever reason. If you do however need to return the item, he refuses to refund you. He just refuses to resond to Cash crusaders Customer care as well, so they cannot assist you either. He is above the law apparently. We purchased a washing machine, which did not work with our lower water pressure. He simply refused to assist us and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He has a bad reputation in the whole area. There is a reason he has such bad ratings on google.

Dont purchase from those store anymore. Nothing is under warranty. This manager at this store, is so full of himself. He lies scams and returns your stuff, you sent in for repairs exactly the same way you gave it to them. Just wasting your time and patience with his unethical and lieing ripoff of a products

Horrible service. They take forever to help. Don’t even bother to take items to their store to sell it’s daylight robbery. You’ll have better success selling it yourself. The staff treat people as if we were low life simply because we were there to take up a loan on our own goods. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Store has a high turnover rate of second hand stuff, giving you an opportunity to find what you're looking for in a short time.Staff there is fairly helpful and friendly (thanks for Matome who helped me purchase a TV). Management on the other hand, not so much.

If -5 stars were possible, thats not even close to what they are worthy of. The manager in Hartbeespoort is one of the most rude people Ive came across. Banning me from the store for simply standing my ground. He speaks to his employees like they are worthless, and that in front of customers, i have witnessed that before myself. You can confirm all of this with the employees. The manager is definitely not worth his position.Side note: all of the shop assistants are great and helpful, can’t say the same for the manager, at all.
