I underestimated the place until yesterday when I arrived at the facility, yoooo it was absolutely awesome and the entire staff really knows about service delivery and Batho Pele. I respect them all because my vehicle was in good condition, clean and what I like most is that when I collected it mhhhhh, I was very happy and I can definitely recommend any person to that place, I'm impressed.

Worst service ever. And they are not even apologetic about the level of service. The lady called Melissa shouted at me and even hung up the phone in my ear.i had to locate the vehicle myself that they confirmed they were going to tow least year on the 08th December just to be told it is my responsibility to locate the car and they don't deal with towing of the vehicle. Don't know why this day in age we still experience the level of service because of our race even when we are paying for the service.

I do not easily give 5 stars, but in this case, I believe it is credit due.I was seriously concerned that I would not be happy, because of an experience +/- 20 years ago; however, I was extremely surprised at the effort made, to ensure I am 100% happy, and I am :-)

Well it was about 3 years ago that i took in my hilux to be repaired after i was involved in a small accident. Well its just past the warranty on the job and now the paint is starting to crack. And the information given is that they removed the panel and fixed it. But now you can see they just used body putty. Not a very professional panel beater. Would recommend not taking your vehicle to this place

Come in to do a assessment for insurance, I got very quick , informative service from a knowledgeable assessor. Pity my car can only be repaired by its own brand approved repaireres I would have definitely booked it here. This place has a great reputation for great service and is the preferred repair centre for many a brands.

Car was fixed but took too long n the service was terrible their card machines never worked, needed to pay twice everytime because the machine kept declining but the money would leave the account then returning the money at night.

The welcoming was great. There was just a bit of a challenge on the system to get it up and going. I believe it's because it's the new year and everything had to come back to normal, but overall thank you for excellent customer services.

I booked my car in ... nobody checked my car for chip marks or took a video of the condition of my car. Will be very interesting to in what condition I'll get my car back ... as it was in an excellent condition apart from the dent at the back where somebody reversed into my car
