Beware! Useless...

Admin is unreliable and unprofessional.I contacted them to fix a small switch issue, and even though the phone and text interaction with them wasn't very professional, I was pleased with the work of the electricians. As a result, I called them to take a brief on a much larger job. The electrician was once again very helpful, but it fell to the admin department to deliver a quote. I was promised a roughly two working day turnaround. A full week later, I followed up asking for the quote and the exact response I received via Whatsapp was 'Send to you Monday'.It's almost needless to say that regardless of multiple prompts, they did not 'send to me Monday'. After promises from someone to look into it when I called on Tuesday, I received a call from the electrician himself on Wednesday apologising and informing me that the quote details had been lost 'in the office'. He needed a recap of aspects of the brief sent to him so that he could develop a quote. By then, the lead time on my project had dwindled to two days, leaving no time to get the work done.I implore service providers in the Cape to start taking customer service seriously. People depend on you executing your job in order to get their own done. Your failure to produce a promised outcome can have far-reaching effects. Do better.
