Offices closed to public without notices. Still gives times on website. Disgusting.

Doors shut, and covered with black plastic dirt bags. Upstairs the lights on, and obvious presence of people, you can knock as much as you like, no response, not even a security guard. Just a note on the door that tells you to dail a number, or download the eskom app. No service at all. Bad, eskom, bad!!!
