If there was a option for 0 stars i would go with that, manager and staff have no etiquette, they refuse to fill your water, as it is too much effort for them. I do not recommend this shell

I wish I could give no Stars, every single time I come here, either the pumps are closed, there is a no que and still have to wait for service, I work at Canal Walk, so I’m forced to come here!!!! I wouldn’t recommend coming here, this is insane for a Garage that should be the top of its game, being in the location it is.

If you don't drive an expensive car you will have to wait a bit longer to be served as the attendees run those guys 1st thinking they will get a big tip.

3 petrol attendants came to our car and rudely stated that our tyres are flat, to which we said that they're definitely not. However he persisted but eventually shrugged and left. The attendant that put in petrol was very unfriendly and didn't even close the petrol cap door. When we got home, we checked the tyres, and they were not flat in the slightest, and closed the petrol cap door. We found it really concerning that most of the reviews state how rude and unfriendly everyone is.

I worked in Century City for over 10 years and I've used this garage ever since. The service that is offered at Shell, inside and outside, is super quality. You should see how these guys operate at peak hours: they are in frenzy mode with making sure that cars are filled up and customers are provided fast and efficient service. I'm super proud of the owner!

The Vida e sales person must have been tired because she was not friendly at all. And then made me wait while she attended to her sisters" that arrived after me.And then to top it off...I asked for a sausage roll...she gave me a cheese griller!!"

My first time filling up their, noticed other people after me having to wait. I however got excellent service from a very polite, friendly attendant by the name of Siya. He went over and beyond his duty to give me exceptional service. He was so courteous, followed all Covid protocol, I can go on and on. Treasure him, he is a gem. With people like him your establishment will flourish.
