Their driver's attitude will make you blue or go to Blue. He double-parked and had me waiting for 10 minutes of Friday 3:30 on Alice St. He did not even bother to apologize & rushed away before I could take his pic. Also, there was no emergency to justify double-parking.

Most professional security company I have dealt with. After 7 years of Blue Security it was a refreshing experience dealing with ADT. Installed a complete security system in a morning for R5500. Blue Security quoted me R26000. Staff were professional and knowledgable. I am paying half of the fees I had previously paid Blue Security. Highly recommended.

Cancelled the service 3 months ago. Here I am being debited again and again. I'm even wasting a poor star on this rating. Yoh ADT is the pits

I am moving house and requested ADT to remove their equipment before the we vacate our current house three weeks ago. They indicated they will contact me to arrange. I have heard nothing despite lodging the request a second time with their call center. I do not deal with companies who ignore my requests. I am terminating my contract and will approach Blue Security. I eventually had a rep from ADT who assured me they would terminate my previous contract and install a radio into the existing system at the new address. I subsequently signed a new agreement. Then received three new agreements to sign where ADT does not take any responsibility after installation because th3e existing system was not installed by them. All contrary to the reps information. To add insult to injury I received an invoice for my old home; they had not terminated that agreement. Poor show ADT.

Poor service. Made promises they cannot deliver.This is quiet embarrassing.They should take their customers seriously.They definitely take our money seriously.I am always having to call , email regarding poor response time.My last call to them and they took almost 30 min to respond.I have emailed and called.They are still investigating the matter.I am looking at other service providers.

The after sales service was excellent. Prompt fix of radio signal and full testing successfully done.Thanks ADT for help.

I have cancelled my contract with ADT. They billed me after cancelling. Now after several attempts to get my money I have been promised each time and nothing. So disappointed.

The sales people that work there all cannot quote you for security services and pass you on to someone they believe whom can, that person does the same and so on. The circle of life it seems, lets hope their security services are not like likewise, if so thei vehicles will remain on site instead of being dispatch, god help us all
