I'm truly grateful for the help and generosity of this crew today.They really saw the situation a d helped me tremendously and I am truly grateful.

On the 11th of October 2019 I visited suspension centre in Park Rynie an waited from the early hours of the morning to be the 1st customer in, eventually I did an I was jus there to do an exhaust check on my 2002 Jetta mk4 since there was a few rattles.The vehicle was perfectly fine an in a show ready condition an would have been attending 1 the next day. However once my vehicle was put on a ramp to check the undercarriage it fell of from approximately 1.5meters high, it sustained loads of damages to both suspension an the body. (I thought it was going in to be fixed not wrecked:| ). I did not loose my cool towards anyone in the workshop an understood mistakes do happen its now the 21st of October 2019, 10 days later no feedback an no concern or remorse is shown towards my situation in which they have placed me in.Iv been without a vehicle all these days an my queries have been pushed back an forth towards their insurance company and themselves an iv been left in the dark. It's a terrible experience an certainly would not recommend
