Not attentive and not professional.I drove to their showroom, the staff doesnt even bother to answer my questions, instead directing people how to set up couches. Furnitures are very low quality

Worst experience!!don't waste your money on them .I bought couches 14k and two weeks later I noticed that one seat was separating in between and so I unzipped to check and only to find out they used 2 separate sponges in one seater ,returned the cushion to them and told to come back after a week ,went there collected the cushion only find out when I get home that instead of giving me a 1 piece sponge they use glue to put together the same sponges and now I must drive there again for the 5 the time

My husband had the worst experience with this store. I have COVID symptoms and can’t come to the store physically. the so called manager said he can’t take pics to show me what they have on the floor. Absolutely disgusting service. Don’t waste your time and money in this store.
