After several telephonic conversations with the consultants problem has still not been resolved. The last representative was verry unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Since last year in December it is a year later .I have a probiem with Cartrack and every second day someone will phone me and I have to explain it to that person all over what the problem is.Spoke to someone two days ago and was told that there is a repair to be done on the unit of my vehicle a year later ,but that was not the problem for almost a year now. Now on this holy Sunday someone on our way to church will phone and say I owe them money, now again I have to explain the story again, where she then drop the phone,which is expected from people whit that attitude.
