Dealing with support and ticketing system is a complete nightmarepaid around R 3500 for installation many years ago and now have been charged a equipment removal fee when the service was cancelled. although the internet and link has been stable over the years i don't think i would recommend or return as a customer.

Joined WIRUlink in February 2019 under a Lite fixed term contract with higher monthly rate to pay equipment off.Gave notice in 2022 after all equipment was paid off (04 years later). They forced me to still give 30 days notice. So I paid for the last month even though I already had Fibre.One year later and they run an unauthorised debit order for R7824 against my account for equipment.Equipment that was already paid for after the initial contract.Lawyer up if you are going to go with this company. Better yet, just choose another company.

Don't join this network! They are just out to take your money. In the contract they lie & Don't specify... it says that they will charge you a REASONABLE CANCELATION FEE...There is No such thing, if they have you in a Contact You Will Pay! Basically they Will charge you for all the months remaining in the contract with a tiny discount, Basically the price of a kiddies meal at your local restaurant.... if You move... they will charge you installation fees. Don't let them Trap you In that Contract! RUN... THEY ARE EXPENSIVE & THEY TRAP YOU.

Awesome Service provider! Always helpful, no hassles. We have been with them for a couple of years. However, I moved to another provider because I got a better price for the same package and Wirulink do not give you a date option for the debit order. Unfortunately the 1st does not work for me.

Have had some small trouble in the past with my Internet but was always sorted out and just move and got theme to move my Internet was helped were fast and good even whene i messaged my agent after 20:00 at night tnx alot wirulink and yolande at wirulink good customer services and no matter the time friendly and helpful tnx wirulink support and staff
