Award winning Jaco is a super star. Even thou he was quiet ill he was still very helpful with our purchase. He loves his job and it shows with the level of service he provides.

Worst service. My Mahindra KUV had a warranty claim on the radio that stopped working. The car went in and the radio was replaced under the warranty claim. The replaced radio stopped working and I contacted the branch since the supplier used battled to find a radio that fit the car and had to go back to their shop more than once to find a replacement. The radio's screen was jamming and eventually closed and wouldn't open. I reported this in January 2023 during a service and also to their complaint department. First they couldn't find the records, they didn't get back to me regardless of numerous calls just to tell me that that the replaced radio didn't have a warranty on. I eventually found a company willing to do fault finding on the radio with a report. They didn't even touch it because once they opened it saw that the motherboard was worked on, the radio was a refurbished one instead of a new one that was placed in my car. Mahindra in Centurion refuses to get back to me regardless of emails and calls and technically this is a breach of the contract I signed and warranty fraud since faulty goods, instead of new goods were used to replace my radio.

Friendly staff members, made the day feel like a holiday

I really hate giving negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by the level of service and professionalism from this branch.A dear friend of mine, a single mother of two had a noise coming from her Mahindra and we advised her to take it in just for a check-up. First of all, they had the vehicle for two days, even through they have a same day policy.Secondly, they then proceed to give her a quote of R15000 which obviously overwhelmed her seeing that she only wanted the problem causing the noise to be fixed. But the vehicle was driving 100% and they did inform her its nothing major and they only had to tighten something, so she went to collect the vehicle in the meanwhile.Less than 10km of driving from the branch, noise form the engine started getting a lot worse and upon stopping to pick her two kids the vehicle started billowing large plumes of smoke from underneath the bonnet. Immediately she shut of the engine and called the dealer.Long story short, she was told that it is Friday and close to knockoff time for them, they cannot assist her (From Carel the Workshop manager and the Branch manager, Carmen) even though they clearly damaged something in the two days the vehicle was standing with them.She then had to wait alongside a dodgy road, women alone with her two kids (8, 9) from 1700 till after 2000 at night trying to arrange for a low bed truck to collect the vehicle. Upon inspection, it turns out one of the injector bolts was sheared of and blew out the injector. And most probably where the noise was originally coming from and they out of goodwill tightened, but damaged in the process. And looking at the R15k quote they gave, almost everything was made up of non-essential items not related to the original problem, probably to increase their own profits.If only Carel or the Manager had any sense of good customer service, they would have made some effort to assist a customer who just left their workshop and then had a breakdown (Probably because of their fiddling) but instead they were too eager to go home early. I will never recommend this branch to anyone, especially if you’re a single mother or not knowledgeable on cars.
