Really had a good shopping experience this Sunday with Victor who dealt with my purchase. I did not get the name of the guy who assisted Victor to carry and load the bed and base for me ...and he secured it for me with the rope . I was super impressed with his help and he constantly checked to make sure it will secure on my vehicle. Honestly great service for this assistant . THank you again

We met with Gary and unlike so many other retailers he informed us of the important points when choosing a bed. There was no rush to get us to try it out. He could've easily tried to sell us a higher priced bed but that is not part if his beliefs. A true and honest gentleman looking at the needs of his customers. Thank you Gary, you were truly awesome.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service given to us from the initial welcome, the buying experience and delivery. Victor is outstanding in his knowledge, assistance and generally making the buying experience joyful. Amanda who contacted me confirming the delivery time - excellent. Marvin and his helper who delivered our new bedset on time were very efficient, friendly and professional. A thoroughly fantastic, service-oriented store. Well done!

Very good service by Victor, he did a pressure position valuation on a bed designed to determine the discomfort zones on the body and then offer different bed options based on the data from valuation. We are happy customers. Bought 2 beds and bases.
