Good service, fair prices, great variety

Had everything I needed except additional items to complete my rainwater harvest setup such as the leaf catcher and first flush diverter. Also, no delivery option on large orders which Chamberlains offers for free. Not the first place that comes to mind when I need to shop for my DIY items.

The place is visible from the main roads but there are no clear signs for customer entrance.The process to buy a simple copper pipe is worse than getting a payout at a casino. It is a 7 step process that I think is unnecessary and not user friendly at all i.e1. You place your order at a sales person who was not customer centric at all2. Get to the cashier who uses a bar code written on a piece of paper by the sales person to effect a payment3. Security at the till checks your slip against what you have just paid.4. Security at the door checks again what you bought and adviced you to drive to Yard 3 to get your copper pipe5. You find a security personnel that checks your slip and call one of the storesman to help you with your order.6. He takes the slips and shows you where to park and delivers the copper pipe and then gives you the slip back and advises you to proceed to the exit7. At the exit the security that saw you going in and checked your slip requests to see your slip again. He then takes one slip as his copy and waves you goodbye.This almost felt like buying something illegal with its process. NOT user friendly at all. This company needs to relook its UX process if they need to be competitive and efficient in this ever changing retail world.
