I have been a client of Nita’s for close on 3 years now. AMAZING salon and amazing service. I love how Nita always makes my hair beautiful AND healthy! Never once been disappointed. And she is great with my daughters hair too! InStyle@Hillcrest is definitely the place to go if you want gorgeous, healthy hair and to feel pampered!

We booked I hair styling for my daughter. From the start I wasn’t impressed with the service. I waited 10 minutes, as I wanted to pay. I decided to pay when I fetch her and left. When I returned ,I noticed all the loose hair falling from the braids. The older lady tried to fix what the assistant did with Bobby pins and hairspray. It’s still didn’t look neat and tidy and not nearly as on the picture provided. My wife had to rescue at home. I believe they charged us less than usual, but I would have preferred a job well done. I suggest they should take less bookings and give proper attention. Definitely won’t use them again.

Absolute miracle workers! The service felt like a 5-star resort! I am a bit nosey but they were very accommodating and eager to explain exactly what they were doing. VERY knowledgeable stylists! Absolutely would recommend also just for customer service. To make it even better, they managed to take a absolutely horrendous box-dye hair and turned it into something I really really like! Absolutely coming back here!

Being Indian myself and travel 60km just to have my hair done by you, I have to strongly disagree with the review from the client Nazrana, you don’t feature in the “racial commentary” category at all nor do you disrespect people, co-workers or staff. You are a superstar and your warmth to all is highly appreciated. 8 years and a lifetime to go!!!! Will see you soon....You are the best.

I contacted Nita last minute for an appointment and she bent over backwards to accommodate me and my mother. The service was fantastic (Esther gives a winning scalp massage) and we walked out feeling fresh and loving our hair! 10/10 would recommend.
