By far my favourite hooters in kzn. Service was friendly and sweet. The food was great. Genuinely so happy. 10/10 would recommend

Fries were good, but that's about the only thing. Boneless wings were subpar, nothing like the Umhlanga branch. The dipping blue cheese sauce was runny and tasteless. The beef used in burgers wasn't the best. And not a fresh hoagie roll.

Beautiful restaurant with so much potential, shots looked unappealing and tasted similar aswell as the cocktails looking good but not tasting to what I’m used to from a hooters. The waitress aswell was not attentive (possibly due to sections Altough I didn’t see her attend to many tables), I saw the other waitresses more than my own. They have some things that need to be ironed out as they are new so understandable. Would only recommend In a few months.

The curly fries with the cheese sauce is amazing. The nachos needs bit more filling not just on the top. I feel sorry for the waitresses wearing those little orange shorts. Let's show them some dignity

Waitress was good. But the wings special they have I wouldn't recommend the Lemon and Pepper and the Spicy BBQ wings. They lack flavour. Had 2 wings from each and that was good enough. And the fact you can't have the wings as a take away I don't understand. Rather give it to homeless person than thrown away in.

As a new restaurant you would expect more, especially from HOOTERS, it’s a brand not the corner cafe. This place has a far way to go. It’s seems chefs are not properly trained. From my own to other reviews, many “bad food” complaints. Beer is great. Haha you can’t get that wrong.

The worst restaurant experience i have ever had. After two and a half hours of querying, multiply conversations with staff and managers we did not receive our full order and no seconds. GM and mangers best excuse was chicken is frozen

The food is not up to standard. I had the Philly cheesesteak. The hoagie roll was just a standard seeded roll. It wasn’t fresh. The steak was tough and chewy. The cheese was processed sliced cheese.Not good value. There are many better options in area.Might be a good spot if you’re just looking for drinks.

Incredibly shocked with how great this place is. Atmosphere is uncontested and food to match, I have always ordered something different and never walk away disappointed. Waitresses are not only incredibly friendly and helpful but really know how to welcome you in and make you feel like home. Highly Recommend!!

Explain to me, how has service standards dropped already. We were seated on a table, were a beer bottle was, with spillage on the table. I handed the bottle to the waiter and asked her to take it away. I ordered 20 of the boneless wings, it arrived with a fly on it, stuck under the basting. I sent it back. I ordered wings with bones. I have not had a manager come apologize. By the way, your restaurant is empty. I am seated here right now. There is no excuse for this pathetic service. You guys just opened. Don't go killing it just yet.
