Staff member opened the bonnet, took some photos and then disappeared. When I saw the lady at the desk was locking up the office I went to enquire as to what was going on. Only then did I find out that the gent working on my vehicle had left for Mosk. He didn't not even have the courtesy to inform me that he was leaving nor to ask another to assist. Completely unacceptable attitude.

Not a bad testing centre, I use them regularly. Would like it if testing staff could communicate with truckdrivers more clearly during test. Not a long wait and time waste depending on how busy they are, they tend to push smaller vehicles into the front, which is hugely frustrating if you brought a truck to be tested.

First time there. People was very helpful. Only problem I had to wait very long outside for the certificate only to find out its was finish and the lady just left it on the counter.

They're not hard-up about small things and understand your situation. Efficient. They kind of expect you to know what to do, so if you don't know, your first step is to go to the reception and ask for a paper to fill in. Give it back and pay and then wait in your car for instructions just outside the farside testing lane.

The ladies at reception need to go on a customer care and basic etiquette course. They ignored me totally, even when I greeted them and tried to ask for assistance. The one even looked at me, stood up and just walked off. The station wasn't even that busy, so there is no excuse for blatantly ignoring customers. I eventually walked out and went to another testing station, along with another customer who was in the queue next to me, also frustrated with the poor service. I won't be going back here again!
