I am on supplementary oxygen. Your ridiculous price for Akacia cannulas is the problem. In November R35, December R20 and recently quoted R110 for 3 which order I cancelled. I have since sourced them for R9,00 each and with vat the cost for 10 was R103,50.

Customer service is in serious need of being sorted out. In at the front desk but calls get taken and other customers helped at the same time. I was there 1st now waiting for my order but they serving 2 people at once. Taking internal calls too. Get a dedicated receptionist.Really unprofessional

I have been dealing with this practice for in excess of 15 yrs, I have only had professional friendly service. I know this kind of specialised medical equipment is expensive, but they are reasonable. Thank you

Probably the WORST customer service ever experienced in my life ... my mother on oxygen permanently needed a new mask . I was ready to pay as soon as we recieved the invoice. This was early morning Nov 5 . Waited the whole day ...NO invoice . Called back again very early Friday NoV 6 to once again plead for an invoice. This was sent immediately and payment made at 8.36 am with proof of payment sent as well as a follow up email on invoice asking for conformatoon of payment recieved. We also called them and confirmed payment was made ....today 5 days later calling to get a tracking nr just to be told package has not left as no payment comformation received .... finally my email asking to confirm payment received are located as well as the direct comfirmation form the bank in PDF format .....wait just to be told that is not a confirmatiom of payment . But now they are ready to ship immediaty without payment confirmation . Avoid at all cost . Schalk shoulb be ashamed of the way he conducts this bussiness. Acrually a miracle the doors are still open ....... PATHETIC is to much of a compliment ！Update Nov 11. 11.30 . I was promised the package will be delivered to my mother in person today. She told Schalk and the office she now lives in an old age home in Franschoek. She gave them the address and name. I also told them yesterday I expect them to take it staright to her in Franschoek yesterday. Schalk said courier will pick it up and hand deliver to her today. I just got a call ....it was delivered to Paarl where she lived till 18 months ago ..... luckily someone was there to receive it . Now I have to arrange for it to be taken to her from Paarl to Franschoek. I guess should have expected the USELESSNESS to continue .... I missed 2 calls from them on both occasions I returned the call and left messages to return my calls. It has been 6 days now and calls are not being returned. Is it the case that this is the only supplier of CPAP machines and therefore can operate without accountability.

Chad and Nikita have been very good. Just focus on calling customers back more promptly please..

I have serious sleep apnea and depend on a reliable product with good backup service.Now i have seen some very bad reviews that are obviously concerning.I have an appointment with them today to receive my machine and hopefully some guidance on mask fitment and machine features that my be important.We have an authorization number and value from the medical aid but this is not enough to for them to release the goods.Now if you're anxious as we are to get your machine ASAP and then still having to wait untill money is in their bank, or other assurances are met beforehand, then anxiety quickly turns to frustration.But wait! STOP. I guarantee you they have inevitably lost money, their goods or both, maybe more than once by other anxious people who quickly turned into thieves when they had the goods and the money wasn't in the bank.Anyway, they have their required assurances and i see the sms has just appeared showing my wife has been there and paid them the difference for the deluxe" model we decided on so i will now just have to see for myself what the service delivery experience will be like.....Update:All went very well indeed.Reception staff were very friendly.Covid protocols all in place.My appointment to collect my cpap machine was excellent.The representative explained and demonstrated everything in fine detail.GREAT JOB GUYS"

Took me four days of calling to get an invoice from them and the three persons I worked with were condescending and unprofessional. They did not send me everything I ordered and after not reading their emails they did not receive my pop and when my courier arrived , not only did they refuse to give my goods they sent my confidential medical invoice to the courier company. If this was a medical emergency I would not have survived.

Gunter : SleepNet is the best place to go to for buying a CPAP or other Ventilation machine. Warrick and Nikita kept us up-to-date all the way and now my machne is running like new again. I'd recommend SleepNet now without a doubt. Thanks and we will be buying a CimateLineAir soon :)
