They have the best smoothies in nelspruit,especially the PEUNUT POWER one.Brilliant food and drinks would of given then 6 out of 5 stars

They are slowly getting things together as new owners of their present premises. 4 stars, possibly biased as I do favor smaller gyms.Coffee, 5 stars. Pleasantly surprised to find such an excellent cappuccino in a gym.The espresso base was good (just a little weak for my personal taste) but the foam was as close to perfect as you can get. Well done
