This is probably the worst person to work in a petshop. I couldn't even ask anything without her interrupting me, she's so unwelcoming and rude. I asked if she had any soft food that i can give my kittens as treats, i was told you not suppose to give kittens soft food

The little Petshop that could!Punching far above their weight, you will find their prices actually far better than many other petshops, and the staff willing to go the extra mile. Ask, they have much more stock in their storerooms.

On Saterday 26 of December I went into the shop to buy a dog toy and some bird seed. While I was browsing for toys I was squeezing some of the toys. The woman that works there shouted at me in a very rude manner Don't touch the toys!". My question is how should I know if the toy makes a noise or not?"

Small but helpfull. Great competitive prices and friendly staff. Altough the range of fish available is not that big they will leave no stone unturned to find what you are looking for. I'd recomend this petshop to everyone. Found exactly what I needed for half the price i would have paid elsewhere.

Very reasonable rates for dog-grooming. Ample parking, but lurking vagrants pose a threat. Grocery bags were stolen from our car there, although this is, of course, no fault of Tropicum.

Had small fish but not bigger ones for my tank. I have big Parrots so cant put small fish with them. Had alot of stock for all other pets. Helpful owners and Dog parlour on premise.

Woman at desk is VERY rude and seems like she doesn't want to help customers or be there. When I asked questions about a product she gave me false information and I only realised after I bought it. She needs to seriously fix her attitude towards customers. I only go to that petstore because it is the nearest and EVERY single time she gives off an unwelcoming presence.

BAD SERVICE!! very disappointed in the customer care service from the rude unfriendly grumpy female behind the till.she showed no interest in explaining how to use a certain product and just referred us to the instructions . While reading the instructions and still very unsure about the directions for the use, the lady showed no interest and just simply paged through her newspaper as if we were not there and just eager for us to pay or to leave .Also if you do not know how to use a product , how can you sell it ? especially if it is poisonous .I would not recommend that pet shop to any one as you will not feel welcomed and happy once you leave .
