Walked in to get information and pricing for a installation on by vehicle. Was completely ignored whilst the guy in the shop turned his back and had a chat with one of his mates on the phone. Left after 5 minutes only to be chased into the carpark and shouted at for leaving. Not my idea of service.

SADLY been disappointed too, as Gerhard had done simple repair.Few days later that replacement caused rear axle to bind-upGTec said my problem, as they know what they doing, expecting me to tow vehicle back to their premises to inspect !!EUSH bru ??

There are positive reviews here, my experience was quite the opposite. The owner, does not listen properly when instructing what work needs to be done or assumes his way is what’s you need. I’ve used them a few times in the past, but todays experience broke the camels back. Once my expected work was complete incorrectly. The arrogance and condescending attitude emerges when pointing out the work was not to expectation. This guy needs an attitude adjustment and to learn to communicate and realise that we are his ‘client’ paying for a service. I’m not going to unpack the whole story here. However, would I go back there for additional service items? Definitely NOT! Would I recommend you take your vehicle to this establishment? Definitely NOT!! There are many others to chose from in the southern suburbs.

Gerhard and his team are the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever met. This shop is honest and communicative and I will not bring my Landy to any other shop.

Extremely over price even for small jobs , Not Friendly my wife took car to get price and was told politely that the job is not worth his time
