The second time I received bad service here.They messed up my order and I only noticed that I didn't receive the full order when I got home.Tried calling but no answer,I had to drive all the way back.The food was not good either and the staff was not friendly at all.

I'm very disappointed with the service that I received from this establishment. I bought pizza here and drove home for 10-15 minutes and when I got home I noticed that the bacon looked like it was rotten, I proceeded to plate for everyone and we could all smell the bad odour on the bacon. I called and spoke to the manager and asked if I should keep it for them as evidence but he said no as I couldn't drive back to the establishment that day. The following day I passed there and asked for the manager who was very understanding but proceeded to ask me if it really was rotten because I was the only one who complained and I showed him the pictures that I took. He was then very nice and accommodating and asked which Pizza I wanted and I asked for the same one. I waited and when they were done and I was called and I went to the counter and the lady who takes orders/cashier was very cold towards me, the manager had to even ask her to open the pizza so that I could see but her attitude was still bad. I don't know if we are not supposed to bring forth any complaints if this is how we are treated when we do... I've been buying for a long time and that lady has always been nice but today Hai I don't know

This Romans is Extremely dangerous. Went there on a sunday, my sister walked in to order. Sat on a bench to wait for the food, and they stole her phone.The staff is no help at all and dont warn customers about the reoccurring phone thefts. The security from the shell next door said there was a robbery the Friday prior. And an attempted robbery the Saturday from the same suspect.Please be safe to future customers, and Romans do better.

The food here is always good and on point.Never had any issues with wrong orders.However my reason for giving a one star is that i try to phone in ahead of time to collect my order when arriving at the shop. When i asked the manager why no one is answering the phones, he couldn't give me a clear answer and said there are 3 lines... but no one is operating them? I know and understand what its like to work in a pizza shop, as i have precious experience. I still enjoy this Romans as the service is decent and its local to where i live. Just hope that your phone problems will be sorted out.

Lovely fresh pizza but if you like sauce on your pizza, then you need to order it additionally otherwise it's dry.

Do not answer the phone. Happened a couple of times. Eventually got through after 20min. No excuse or apologies were given, i was informed “it is like that”

Overall happy. Ordered food online. After 35 minutes I was there to collect the order. Only the pizza was done, not the pizza pies and desert pie, therefore the pizza got cold. I was left at the window to wait until my pizza pies were done. The cars behind me also had to wait. For the atmosphere, it is right next to a garage, therefore nothing can be done to give a better atmosphere but it is in a clean and safe area.
